Check out the world’s most remote pop-up shop, 6000ft above the ground on the side of the Bastille Wall in Colorado. At this Cliffside Shop outdoor adventurers could get the best gear when they needed it most, mid-climb. The two-day marketing stunt was created for advanced materials company 37.5 Technology. The shop was manned from sunrise to sunset by Dave Bywater, a climbing ranger and 37.5 employee, serving jackets, fleece, socks and other weather protection gear to about 70 climbers. According to 37.5 Technology the campaign is designed to increase brand awareness among a community that’s skeptical of traditional advertising. There are plans for the shop to pop up in other remote locations.
