For the black and white version of the classic The Gel Lyte V sneaker the ASICS designers were inspired by film noir. To get that message across the brand invited 60 runners, including journalists and influencers, for an epic adventure in the streets of LA. A 5K urban running course was filled with suspense, gangsters, classy ladies and jazzy tunes that took them back to the Hollywood of the 1940s and ’50. Pretty cool brand experience.
