Is it possible that something ordinary like a soap bar can make the world a bit better? Yes, it is. Researchers from Andea – a Peruvian mineral water brand – invented a probiotic-packed soap that decontaminates water.
Andea distributed their water-washing soap among communities that clean their clothes in the rivers of the Peruvian outback.
The brand also made the formula available to governments, non-profit organizations, social enterprises and soap manufacturers – so they can apply it all over the world.
In our opinion AWA Andea sets a new bar for how products should behave in the future. They should support existing cultural or functional behavioural and at the same time align customer value with green value.
