With over 650 restaurants Burger King reigns over Turkey’s fast food world. But not everyone has access to the Whopper. One of the towns that’s missing out, is the city of Sinop and some residents expressed their disappointment on social media. To help them out Burger King came up with a tasty piece of brand activation. The Mini Flame King is a tiny do it yourself charcoal grill that look similar to a ‘Whopper’ box. They were sent to Sinop residents accompanied with a series of quirky videos showcasing a man firing up the mini grills at different locations. The videos garnered more than 2 million views and soon the rest of the country started demanding the grills, as can be seen in the case video.
