In Oslo’s hip and alternative Grünerløkka district you’ll find a cosy coffee shop on every corner. Coop Kaffe – subsidiary of the Coop supermarket chain – chose this sparkling area for this cool marketing stunt. They transformed a boutique into a pop-up coffee shop that was soon discovered as place to be for young hipsters (who of course didn’t knew that they in fact were sipping supermarket coffee). Nice activation that strongly reminds me of this brilliant concept by Lidl in Stockholm.
