KLM will shortly launch an interesting concept to online boost its brand position ‘A journey of inspiration’. Travlr is a search tool that helps users to find a holiday in an unusual way. First people must enter their interest (for example ‘rafting’ or ‘diving’), after which the application filters relevant content from social media sites like YouTube, Twitter, Google Maps, Wiki Travel, Flickr and Foursquare. The search results in a travel advice based on personal pictures, posts, tweets and videos from other travelers. You can preview and test the site here. Mind you, it is in Dutch.
