This week the New York Public Library introduced something amazing in the realm of digital reads. The institute brings classic works of literature to the Instagram feeds of thousands of young people. The activation is not only cool because it inspires to read, the colorful and modern illustrations that accompany the text are simply breathtaking. The old novel Alice in Wonderland went viral on Instagram and the Insta Novel project reaped the library’s biggest Instagram follower gain ever, with 21,000 new followers in just a few days.
