To promote its new video call centre for people with hearing problems, Samsung Turkey came up with a heart-warming stunt and captured it on video. It shows a day in the life Muharrem, a guy from Istanbul who has a hearing loss. When he and his sister go for a walk something strange happens that he will not soon forget. His reaction is priceless.
