Two weeks ago we noticed this little, but nice example of projection mapping. At the launch of the Xbox Kinect in Germany Microsoft showed how incredibly far you can go with this technique. The glamorous Dutch TV host Sylvie van der Vaart opened a breathtaking piece of interactive art inspired by Kinect. The state of the art technology allowed the crowd to bring the medieval Stachus gate to life by jumping, dancing and waving.
