Jim Wolf is a U.S. veteran who is struggling with alcoholism and homelessness. During the makeover he transforms into a dapper gentleman. The message of the viral is to change the way people look at the homeless (and raise donations for Degage Ministries). And with almost 15 million views that mission is accomplished.
