Sampling machines can be a great source of creative brand activation. Like this one by Dutch coffee company Douwe Egberts in O.R. Tambo International Airport near Johannesburg. The vending machine used facial recognition software to detect whether someone was yawning, and then provided them with a free shot of caffeine to help them wake up.
