Visit Sweden – The Edible Country

A few years ago, Visit Sweden raised some eyebrows when it put the whole country as a listing on Airbnb. In this follow-up campaign the touristic agency partnered up Bookatable.com and four Michelin-starred chefs. They created a do it yourself menu from ingredients that can be found in the Swedish nature. Along with the menu, they placed seven outdoor tables across the country that are listed on Bookatable.com. When you book one you get access to a kitchen kit and help from a local guide. Although not that many people will probably make a reservation, The Edible Country is an inspiring way to emphasize Sweden as a kick-ass destination for people who love an active outdoor lifestyle.
