Like the innovative Volksparking project in which Volkswagen Belgium teams up with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. They created a mobile basketball hoop that searches for empty parking spaces allowing local residents to use a parking lot as a play area. The world’s first Volksparking is located in Ostend and Volkswagen invites policy makers and car park owners to join the project.
