Lockheed Martin – Field Trip to Mars

Virtual reality is a hot topic in advertising these days. Unfortunately, the most cases we see are quite underwhelming as it comes to creativity and execution. This certainly doesn’t apply for Field Trip to Mars. In this group VR experience Lockheed Martin took schoolchildren on a virtual tour of Mars. What started as an ordinary bus trip through Washington D.C. suddenly turned into an incredible space journey. The project won 19 Lions in 11 categories at this year’s Cannes Festival.
